You register the app to obtain the client ID and client secret, and then use these to generate an access token.
Note: You must have the Admin or Developer role to be able to register an app.
- Click Account Settings to open the Account Settings page.
- Click Client Apps in the top-left corner.
- Click Add Client App, type the app name and domain in the New client app dialog, and then click Create.
The client ID and client secret appear in the Client Apps list. You can edit or delete any client app.
